If you are unsatisfied with your product or overall purchase we will let our customers request a refund within the first 30 days of recieving their product. Our Company will pay the return shipping costs back to our manufcaturing facility. A return label will be provided to the customer via email and a fed ex pickup will be scheduled.
We want our customers to feel confident in their purchase, we have been building copper stills for over 11 years and you can trust that your money is safe with our company.
If you have a current order and request to cancel to order before recieving the order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request to cancel the order and a refund will be issued with a 30% discount from the original purchase price. The 30% restocking fee can be used by the customer for future purchases with our company with no time limit.
Please don't cancel. Do your research before you purchase. IF you do not agree to the 30% restocking fee our company will need 45 to 60 days to issue a full refund to the card on file.
