  1. Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, Rules, and Regulations as outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
  2. Eligibility. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
  3. Products and Descriptions. We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. Products are handcrafted, and slight variations in appearance may occur.
  4. Pricing and Payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  5. Shipping and Delays. As a hands-on American manufacturing company, we build each product by hand. While we work diligently to meet the shipping timeframes advertised on our website, the customer understands that occasional delays or unforeseen issues may affect the shipment of an order.   6. Order Processing. Because each product is handcrafted to order, unexpected circumstances may occasionally arise that affect production timelines. The customer acknowledges that such delays do not constitute a failure to fulfill the order, and that all orders will be completed. We ask that customers purchase with an understanding of, and appreciation for, the handmade nature of our products.
  7. Assumption of Liability. By placing an order, the customer assumes all liability associated with the use of our products. The legality of use varies by state, and it is the customer's responsibility to research and comply with all applicable local and state laws. The Distillery Network Inc. and its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for any outcome resulting from the use of our products. Please exercise appropriate caution and follow all safety guidelines when operating our equipment.
  8. Waiver of Product Liability. By placing an order, the customer waives all product liability claims and injunctions. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to property resulting from the use of our products and agrees to be liable for any associated fees, penalties, or claims.

Warranty Disclaimer. Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  10. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Distillery Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  11. Returns and Refunds. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 30 to 45 days.   12. Communications Consent. By completing a purchase, the customer consents to receive both transactional and marketing communications from The Distillery Network Inc. Transactional messages include order confirmations, shipping updates, and other information related to your order. Marketing communications may include promotions, special offers, and product announcements delivered by email, telephone, or text message. Message and data rates may apply. The customer may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us directly; however, transactional messages related to active orders may still be sent.

As a small, hands-on manufacturing company, we dedicate much of our time to building product, and we appreciate your understanding as we respond to inquiries. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of The Distillery Network Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
  15. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Hampshire.
  16. Changes to Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all production and shipping timeframes are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated production and shipping time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase; however, actual timeframes may be longer and may vary due to order volume, customization requests, material availability, supply-chain conditions, or other factors within or beyond our control.

The customer understands and agrees that The Distillery Network Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in production, shipment, or delivery, and that no delay shall constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim for damages. Estimated dates are provided for convenience only and do not form part of any binding contractual obligation.

Once an order has been completed and shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. The Distillery Network Inc.  is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By completing a purchase, the customer accepts this policy in full.
