Due to our industry-leading packaging methods, very few units ever arrive damaged or come back to us. Large systems are shipped using expanding spray foam, while smaller units are securely packed using wheat straw cushioning, a proven and protective natural material.

Because of this, inventory in this category is limited and unpredictable.

Despite exceptional packaging and careful handling, shipping heavy, hand-built copper equipment always carries some risk.

When a unit does return or sustains minor cosmetic damage, we do not scrap it and we do not hide it.
Instead, we inspect it, verify structural integrity, and offer it here at a discount.
