By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees and understands that there may be delays or other unknown or unexpected issues with their order which may delay the shipment of their order HOWEVER we work very hard making sure we stay current with our expected shipping times advertised on our website. 3. Please purchase from us at your own discretion and consider that we build these by hand and things may arise that may delay the order but that does not mean we will not get caught up. Please only purchase from us if you are trying to support an American Manufacturing Company.
4. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees and understands that they assume all liability. The legality of use varies in each state. The Distillery Network Inc. and its subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for anything that happens. Don't be unsafe with our product, please do the proper research before you start distilling things. You could burn your house down, please be safe.
5. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees and understands that they waive all product liability claims and injuctions. If the customer incurs loss or damage of property due to using our product, the customer will be held responsible and liable for any fees or penalties or claims.
6. Returns are Accepted 30 Days after Receiving the Product. A Full Refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days . The Distillery Network Inc. will supply the customer with a return shipping label via email.
7. Any customer that messages us about cancellations or refunds will be told to email us at Owner@TheDistilleryNetwork.com. We need to focus on building product, so please only purchase if you are trying to support an American Company. We have had serious issues in the past with chargebacks and chasing customers for their funds. Please don't do a chargeback, we will give your funds back in full if you really want them, but the funds will be transferred back to the account on file within 7-14 days.
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all production and shipping timeframes are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated production and shipping time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase; however, actual timeframes may be longer and may vary due to order volume, customization requests, material availability, supply-chain conditions, or other factors within or beyond our control.
The customer understands and agrees that The Distillery Network Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in production, shipment, or delivery, and that no delay shall constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or any claim for damages. Estimated dates are provided for convenience only and do not form part of any binding contractual obligation.
Once an order has been completed and shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier. American Copper Works is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, any loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
